• Consultation Booking: If you need to cancel a consultation, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

• Therapy Sessions: Refunds for scheduled therapy sessions are not available once the session has commenced.

• Digital Products: Digital downloads or resources cannot be refunded once accessed or delivered.

• Any refunds approved will be processed within 7-10 business days, using the original method of payment.

• We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
